CoreXora (“CoreXora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a multi-tenant enterprise resource planning platform covering procurement, finance, inventory, and related operations. We are committed to protecting the privacy of prospects, customers, and visitors. This policy applies to personal information we process through our website, our demo-request forms, and the CoreXora platform.
If you use CoreXora as part of an organization that subscribes to our platform, that organization is the controller of the data processed within its workspace, and we act as a processor on its behalf under our customer agreement. This policy describes our own practices as a controller — for example, marketing and demo requests.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:

Demo-request records are retained while we follow up with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Platform data is retained according to our agreement with the relevant customer organization.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

Children’s privacy
CoreXora is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
