Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information CoreXora collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have — including information you provide when you request a demo.

Last updated: 11 June 2026

Overview

CoreXora (“CoreXora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a multi-tenant enterprise resource planning platform covering procurement, finance, inventory, and related operations. We are committed to protecting the privacy of prospects, customers, and visitors. This policy applies to personal information we process through our website, our demo-request forms, and the CoreXora platform.

If you use CoreXora as part of an organization that subscribes to our platform, that organization is the controller of the data processed within its workspace, and we act as a processor on its behalf under our customer agreement. This policy describes our own practices as a controller — for example, marketing and demo requests.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health or biometric information) through our website or demo forms. Please don’t include such information in free-text fields.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to demo requests and schedule and run product demonstrations.
  • Communicate with you about your enquiry, including by email and calendar invite.
  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the CoreXora platform.
  • Send relevant product and marketing communications where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted to do so.
  • Understand how our website and product are used so we can improve them.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed and never sell it. Recipients include:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, calendaring, analytics, and customer-relationship tooling) under appropriate contractual safeguards.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here. Demo-request records are retained while we follow up with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Platform data is retained according to our agreement with the relevant customer organization.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and keep you signed in, and we may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

International transfers

We may process and store personal information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — to ensure it remains protected.

Children’s privacy

CoreXora is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Please review this page periodically.
