These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreXora Enterprise Platform ("the Service"). By creating an account, placing a signup order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This summary is provided for clarity and does not replace a signed agreement where one exists.

1. Accounts & tenants

Access to the Service is provided per organisation ("tenant"). A tenant is provisioned only after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis to a plan. Fees, billing interval and usage limits are those shown for your selected plan. Subscriptions remain active for the paid period; access may be suspended when a subscription lapses beyond its grace period.

Payment is currently made by bank transfer and confirmed by our team. There is no free tier; evaluation is available via a guided demo or an operator-granted complimentary window.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting other tenants, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

4. Data & privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you submit; we process it to provide and improve the Service.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but provide it "as is" without warranties except where required by law. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
